How to find crossplay games: choose two platforms, find common games and read the conditions.

Step 1: choose your platforms

Pick your device and your friend’s device on the homepage. Be specific about console generations: PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 can have different compatibility.

Step 2: read the compatibility details

Results include games with source-backed crossplay for the selected pair. “Check conditions” means restrictions such as account linking, an edition or a game mode may apply. Missing evidence never means a game is definitely incompatible.

Step 3: check the game page before you buy

Every game guide lists the platform pairs, the features we have verified, the official sources and the date each source was reviewed. Use it to confirm the edition, the account you need and the modes that support crossplay.

Different ways to play

Crossplay: playing together across platforms.

Cross-save / cross-progression: moving your own save or progress between platforms. Crossplay does not automatically include this.

Couch co-op: playing together on one device. It does not always require split-screen.
